cross country

cross country  is coming and I have to do 3 hole laps of the school and I feel that I going to be a bit tired . Every year I have got into the zonals for running maybe this year or maybe not we have to do it every you race and see how gets in the top ten 1 2 3 4 5 6 girls 1 2 3 4 5 6 boys and then the top ten would go to the zonals at a different spot it is most likely to be at a school around west auckland they do the same stuff but it is bigger then our one it is for a .
